Delivery and Return Policy

Home Delivery
costs Home delivery costs are established by the team that delivers your order: either the Ashley HomeStore therefore, the costs and delivery services may vary from one city to another. We recommend that you review the shipping costs indicated in the shopping cart before placing your order. Note: additional charges may apply for delivery to a lower or higher floor than the ground floor or for other unusual circumstances. The delivery will be from 6 to 12 weeks based on the availability of the product.

Delivery of Your Purchase
In the event of a damage issue occurring during standard shipping, please contact our Customer Service for parts and service. All damaged products must be reported within 72 hours of delivery. For home delivered items, please take a few moments at the time of delivery to carefully inspect all products. You may refuse to accept any broken or damaged item by making a notation on the delivery receipt. For any other items, you should note any defects or damage on the delivery receipt and immediately report all such defects or damage by calling the Ashley HomeStore or the Customer Service Team that delivered your order – the phone number is located in the confirmation email of your order. The delivery will be from 6 to 12 weeks based on the availability of the product.

Change or Cancellation
As soon as you place your order, our delivery process begins. To cancel or change an order, please follow the steps below. The sooner we receive your request, the quicker we can review your request. For standard shipments, call Customer Service. You will receive an email confirming the cancellation of the order or items in a canceled order. If the product has already been shipped, you can return it in accordance with our Returns Policy. For home deliveries, you can cancel your order simply by calling Customer Service. If you cancel your order at least 48 hours before the scheduled delivery time, we will simply cancel your order. If you cancel your order less than 48 hours before the delivery date, We will cancel the order but the delivery costs will be charged to your credit card. You will receive an email confirming the cancellation of your order.

Return Policy
AshleyFurnitureHomeStore.com takes pride in the products it carries and it is important to us that you are happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied and want to return a product, please follow these guidelines so we can assist you.

Standard Shipping Items
If your product arrives damaged after standard shipping, please contact our Customer Service within 72 hours. For other problems related to orders with standard shipping, call us within 30 days of delivery and we will repair or exchange the product. Not quite satisfied? We accept the return of products delivered by standard shipping within 30 days of delivery. To report delivery damage or make a return, call Customer Service. For products delivered via standard shipping where a manufacturing defect is discovered after the 30-day return period, please refer to the manufacturer's warranty, if any.

Home Delivered Items You
have 72 hours after a home delivery to report a damaged or faulty product delivery or to complain if you are unhappy for any reason. Simply call the phone number listed in your confirmation email and we'll work with you to repair, replace, or pick up the item for return. Home-delivered products in which a manufacturing defect is discovered after the 72-hour return period may be covered by a manufacturer's warranty, if one exists; please contact the customer service number listed in your order confirmation email for assistance.

Return Requirements
To receive the full refund amount described in this Return Policy, all products must: (1) be in new/unused condition and (2) be returned with all accessories and parts and carefully packaged in the original packaging (unless the original packaging was removed during delivery to your home, in which case please repackage the products as to avoid damage during return shipment). Clearance items are products purchased at final clearance and cannot be returned unless delivered damaged.

Mattresses
Mattresses can be returned if delivered damaged or later found to be defective. If a damaged mattress is delivered to you, please call the phone number listed in your order confirmation email for assistance within 72 hours of delivery. Manufacturing defects discovered after 72 hours may be covered by the manufacturer's warranty. Should you discover any defects, please call the phone number listed in your order confirmation email for assistance.

Changes/Refunds
Returned products will be reviewed immediately after receipt. Any proper exchange, credit and refund will be issued for the purchase price of the returned products; taxes are refunded under current state law. Except for refunds for damaged or defective products, shipping, handling and handling charges are non-refundable, and pickup or return shipping charges may apply. Refunds are made based on the payment method used at the time of purchase. Please allow 7-10 days after receiving the returned products to see the refund posted to your credit card statement
