Can I track my home delivery order?

Order tracking is now available online for some of our stores, including some of our online orders. Tracking is only available for the day of delivery. The estimated delivery time is based on our best estimates, and you must be available during the scheduled delivery period. If you receive a message indicating that tracking is not available in your area, contact your delivery agent (listed in your confirmation email) for more information about your delivery. Why doesn't my promo code work online?

Each promo code has its own set of exclusions. First, check your promo code's exclusions to see if there are any exclusions that prohibit the discount. As a general rule, Smart Buys, bar stools, dining chairs, and/or clearance/sale items are excluded from promotions. Also, check the promo code's expiration date. Can I visit an Ashley HomeStore store to see a product before purchasing it online?

To find out if a store has the product you want to buy, call or visit the nearest HomeStore. Click here for our Store Network. Each store has a unique selection and may or may not have the item shown, so we recommend calling first.

How can I find out which store has a specific product?

Ashley Furniture HomeStore retail stores are independently owned and operated. Please contact your local store's Customer Service.

Do you offer spare parts?

We offer replacement parts for most products. Please call Customer Service at your nearest store, Monday through Friday, between 11 a.m. and 8 p.m., and Saturday, between 11 a.m. and 6 p.m. When inquiring, please have the item number and invoice number available to facilitate service. You can find the item number on your invoice or order confirmation email.

Are sample fabrics available?

Visit your nearest Ashley Furniture HomeStore to take a closer look at the fabrics. Since each store has a unique selection, we recommend calling ahead to see if they have the product you'd like to see.

How do I retouch my furniture?

Most home improvement stores offer touch-up solutions in the form of markers and pencils. All are easy to apply; simply find the right touch-up color for your furniture's finish and follow the manufacturer's instructions.

I need assembly instructions for my furniture. Where can I get them?

Using the item number found in your confirmation email, enter it in the search box. Once you reach the product details page, you can find the instructions and print them as needed.

If the furniture purchased requires assembly, instructions should be included inside the product box.

You can also contact us by email to receive a copy of the instructions. Please send us the following information: your name, email address, or mailing address, and the part numbers of the items you need to assemble.

Does Ashley make custom orders?

With over 6,000 items in our product range, we offer one of the widest selections of home furnishings. To maintain high-quality products at reasonable prices, we choose to produce our furniture in large quantities, which saves us costs, rather than custom orders. You can view our catalog now or find your nearest Ashley HomeStore .

At this time, we are unable to fulfill custom orders. However, some of
our most popular items come in a variety of sizes and colors to help you find your preferred style and look. In our living room furniture range, for example, you'll see the same furniture available in different fabric colors.

Can I purchase an additional table top?

Each board is cut when the table is made, so no extra boards are available

What are Durapella® and Duraplush™?

Durapella® and Duraplush™ are next-generation fabrics that represent a breakthrough in comfort. Durapella® and Duraplush™ are made from 100% MicroDenier polyester suede, which offers the soft, elegant look of suede while providing superior durability and stain resistance. Everyday liquid spills like coffee, wine, and ink are easily and efficiently cleaned with a low pH liquid soap and water mixture.

What is DuraBlend®?

DuraBlend® upholstery offers the rugged look and feel of leather using a polyurethane/leather blend to create a comfortable and economical alternative to natural leather. Fabric content: 57% polyurethane, 26% polycotton, 17% leather.

What is the difference between a king and a California king bed?

The California King bed is 4 inches (10cm) longer and 4 inches (10cm) shorter than the King dimension.

Where can I find product dimensions?

Each product has an area that indicates the measurements applicable to how the item will look in a room, or, in the case of a decorative item, how it will sit on a table, bookshelf, etc. Some products have additional dimensions that can be found in the “Dimensions” section of the product page.

Can I file a warranty claim online?

How do I find my serial number?

Serial numbers are between 9 and 15 digits long and are found in the following locations:

For the following categories, the label with this number is attached to your furniture either on the back or bottom of the item:

• Bedroom furniture
• Dining room furniture
• Office furniture
• Side tables
•  Entertainment furniture

In the case of upholstered furniture, the label with this number is attached to the furniture under the loose seat cushion or under the item/footstool.

What can I do if I've moved or if my HomeStore has closed?

Does Ashley HomeStores employ accounts receivable people who work from home or online?

No, we don't have accounts receivable employees who work from home or process online payments. Ashley HomeStore invoices clearly indicate where payments should be sent.

Is Ashley Furniture listed on the New York Stock Exchange? Can I buy Ashley stock?

Ashley Furniture Industries is a privately held American company. Therefore, it is not publicly traded.

Have you received any suspicious emails about Ashley Furniture?

Ashley Furniture Industries, Inc. has notified the Better Business Bureau that the "Ashley Furniture" trademark is being used online by individuals not affiliated with Ashley Furniture Industries, Inc., to commit work-at-home scams and forged checks. Between November 2007 and August 2008, the company received nearly 8,000 inquiries from consumers who received fraudulent emails from scammers purporting to represent Ashley Furniture Industries, Inc.

The fraudulent email typically alerted consumers to a work-at-home opening as an Ashley Furniture accounts receivable clerk. The scammers then sent forged checks to consumers who responded, instructing them to deposit the forged checks into their personal accounts for commission deduction and to wire the remaining funds to a person purporting to be an "Ashley Furniture representative."

Ashley Furniture Industries has posted an email scam reporting system with tips on how to avoid becoming a victim on its business website. Take a moment toreview the reporting system.

Who can answer my warranty question?

For in-store purchases:
If a problem arises that you believe is covered by our Limited Warranties, contact the Ashley retailer where you purchased your furniture to obtain warranty service. All claims must include the original sales receipt, the product serial number, and must be completed within the applicable warranty period. Ashley reserves the right to require the return of defective parts at your request. You must coordinate with the retailer the transportation of the furniture or parts from your home to the retailer's location or from the location to your home. What is the Mattress Recycling Council?

The Mattress Recycling Council (MRC) is a nonprofit organization that develops and oversees mattress recycling programs for states that have enacted mattress recycling legislation.

What are the benefits of mattress recycling?

Approximately 15-20 million mattresses and box springs are thrown away each year in the United States. Not only do these items take up landfill space, but some materials, such as springs, are difficult to compact and can easily get caught in equipment. Therefore, many communities separate mattresses from other solid waste, increasing management costs. More than 80% of a mattress and box spring can be recycled to make other useful products. Why do I see a State Recycling Fee at checkout for the amount of my mattress purchase?

Several states, including Connecticut, Rhode Island, and California, require retailers to charge a fee on the sale of each mattress and box spring. This fee is used to fund the state's recycling program. Learn more here.
