Delivery and Returns Policy

Home Delivery

Home delivery costs are set by the team handling the delivery of your order, whether it is Ashley HomeStore or another logistics provider. Therefore, delivery costs and services may vary from city to city. We recommend reviewing the shipping costs shown in your shopping cart before completing your order.
📌 Note: Additional charges may apply for deliveries to floors above or below street level or under special circumstances.
Delivery time is 6 to 12 weeks, depending on product availability.

Delivery of Your Purchase

If any damage occurs during standard shipping, contact our customer service team to request replacement parts or repair service. All product damages must be reported within 72 hours of delivery.

For items delivered to your home, we recommend carefully inspecting all products at the time of delivery. You may reject any damaged or broken item by noting it on the delivery receipt.

For any other damage or defect, write it on the delivery receipt and immediately contact Ashley HomeStore or the customer service team that handled the delivery. The contact number can be found in your order confirmation email.

Order Changes

Once your order is placed, the delivery process begins. To cancel or modify it, follow these steps:

🔹 For standard shipping, call customer service. They will start the process to adjust your order and make the change in our system.
🔹 If the product has already been shipped, you may return it by following our Returns Policy.
🔹 For home deliveries, you can change your order by calling customer service at least 48 hours in advance. We will simply cancel the scheduled delivery and begin reviewing the requested change.

Imported products are not eligible for returns or refunds, except in cases of manufacturing defects or shipping errors. However, the customer may request an exchange or store credit within the first 7 calendar days after delivery, as long as the product is in its original condition and unused.

Returns Policy

At Ashley Furniture HomeStore, we take pride in the products we offer and want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied and wish to return a product, please follow these guidelines so we can assist you.

Items with Standard Shipping

If your product arrives damaged after standard shipping, contact our customer service team within 72 hours.

For other issues with orders shipped via this method, call us within 30 days after delivery—we will repair or replace the product.

We accept exchanges for products shipped via standard shipping within 30 days of delivery.

To report delivery damage or request an exchange, contact customer service.

If the product has a manufacturing defect after the 30-day period, refer to the manufacturer’s warranty, if applicable.

Items Delivered to Your Home

You have 72 hours after delivery to report any damage or defect in the product or file a complaint if you are not satisfied.

Call the number provided in your confirmation email, and we will work with you to repair, replace, or pick up the item for a return.

If a product shows a manufacturing defect after the 72-hour period, it may be covered by the manufacturer’s warranty (if applicable). For assistance, contact customer service at the number provided in your order confirmation.

Returns Policy for Imported Products

Imported products are not eligible for returns or refunds. However, if the customer is not satisfied with the purchase, they may request an exchange for another product or store credit, subject to the following conditions:

✅ The product must be in its original condition, unused, and in its complete packaging.
✅ The request for an exchange or store credit must be made within 7 calendar days after delivery.
✅ No exchanges or credits apply for custom-made or special-order products.

Mattresses

Mattresses may be returned if they were delivered damaged or if they have a manufacturing defect.

📞 If you receive a damaged mattress, call the number provided in your confirmation email within 72 hours of delivery for assistance.

If a manufacturing defect is discovered after that period, it may be covered by the manufacturer’s warranty—please contact customer service to continue the process.

NOTE: Mattresses are imported and follow American sizing standards:

  • Twin (Individual): 0.97 x 1.90 m

  • Full (Matrimonial): 1.35 x 1.90 m

  • Queen: 1.52 x 2.03 m

  • King: 1.98 x 2.03 m

For American King size, two separate twin box foundations are required: (0.97 x 2.03 m). These are not the same size as the box foundations used for children’s single beds.

Exchanges and Refunds

Returned products will be inspected immediately upon receipt.

✔️ A replacement, store credit, or refund will be issued for the purchase price of the returned product.
✔️ Taxes will be refunded according to state legislation.
🚫 Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable, except in cases of defective or damaged products.
📦 Pickup or return fees may apply.
Estimated refund time: 7 to 20 business days after the returned products are received.
